Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday 12 pm. Order processing times are different from order shipping time frames. Orders are not processed or shipped from Saturday, 1pm EST through Sunday, or holidays. Orders will be processed and shipped on Monday.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Orders are shipped priority mail. Shipping is estimates to be 1-3 business day. We are not responsible if USPS is experiencing delivery delays.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
DAMAGES
This-hair.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES AND REFUSED DELIVERY
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
ThisHair will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
MISSING OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

RETURN POLICY
If you’re looking to cancel, return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! All orders are final sale and non refundable.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Hair extensions and wigs are eligible for exchange only within 14 days of purchase
- Exchanged items must have tags still on and be returned in original state lace still intact or manipulated in any way.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Hair products are final sale and nonrefundable
- Hair Accessories are nonrefundable
To initiate a exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to exchange
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
- Exchanges in the time frame with all requirements will be replaced 7-14 business days after we receive the product back
- You will not be charged any additional shipping fees
- Cost and or damaged returns can not be replaced
